About The Association
The ICAA brings together property assessment professionals from all 92 Indiana counties to exchange knowledge, improve practices, and advocate for effective legislation. Through shared expertise and continuing education, we empower assessors to uphold property tax standards that benefit both taxpayers and local government services.
Our Goals

We provide ongoing training opportunities and professional development to help assessors and their staff stay current with changing laws, procedures, and technologies.

We work closely with the Indiana General Assembly, state agencies, and local officials to represent the interests of county assessors and to support legislation that enhances fairness and efficiency in the property tax system.
